Presently there are twenty-29 episcopate that produce higher the Province of the Church of Uganda, for each 1 one headed by a Bishop. For both one bishopric is divided into Archdeaconries each headed by the Senior Priest. the Archdeaconries come farther sub divided into Parishes, headed by a Parish Priest. Parishes come farther sub divided into sub-parishes, headed by Lay Readers.
